Life of a runflat system is the distance it can travel in a deflated condition. It can be governed by the tire conditions and runflat profile. Runflat distance can be varied from 30-50 kmph depending on the drive train. Balancing of Wheel is required after installation of the runflat system. Its is similar as same as to balance a tire without runflat.
